Grayhound Lugger

The 20 meter lugger Grayhound was built in two years between 2010 and 2012 and the first three masted lugger built in Britain for 200 years. She is an historical 5/6th scale replica of the original Grayhound, which was an 18th Century Customs Lugger. A sturdy workboat designed to be fast, today the Grayhound provides a regular cross channel cargo delivery service under sail.

Join the ship as crew on their Channel Cargo Adventures, delivering up to 4.5 tonnes of organic French wine and West Country ale under sail to and fro across the Channel every summer.
